Five years. And we’ve had quite a journey. Different positions, double the growth, and a variety of experiences:

KPS3 PartnerĀ
Maybe it was the purple. But definitely was the people, clients, and direction. In June, I officially became an owner of KPS3. I’m excited about what’s ahead.
Awesome New Clients
This year we had a great list of clients. This month alone we’ve been able to add more work with Nevada Humanities and Make A Wish. We also added Artown. We added some environmental companies like Simple Power Solar and Linea Energy. We now represent Visit Reno-Tahoe. And we expanded our work with Kalamazoo and Carson City. We also kicked off some great work with ITS Logistics, And we had a lot of great initiatives on the DHHS side as well
Good things uhhhapenning
We made it on the Inc 5000 again. We were voted as a finalist for the top places to work. We are now at the size of 55 people.
We added 25 new clients this year.
TravelsĀ
I had a few different adventures this year:

  • I traveled to Mesquite for the Rural Roundup
  • Spring break brought travels to Paso Robles, Santa Maria, Huntington Beach, and Carlsbad
  • We had agency tours in San Francisco where I met with a few clients
  • Flew to Las Vegas to pitch the Treasury
  • Flew to Las Vegas to hang out and celebrate the 70th anniversary of the wedding capital of the world.
Boards and Membership
This year I started on the Discovery Board. And now I am the chair of the Development Committee. We also had to reboot the AMA Board, so we’ve been pretty dang active in that as well. It’s nice to be more active in these boards. But… they do take a bit of time.
