Chocolate Chip Cookies
375º 9-11 minutes
2 cups butter
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
4 ½ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoons soda
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
2 pkg. chocolate chips
½ pkg. white chocolate chips
1 to 2 cups of pecans
1 to 2 handful of oatmeal
1 giant chocolate bar or 2 medium
Grind up white chocolate chips, pecans, oatmeal and chocolate bar in food processor until
fine, set aside. Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in remaining
ingredients and pecan mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets. Use ice cream scoop
to form dough. Makes very large cookies.
