Four years. And we’ve had quite a journey. Different positions, double the growth, and a variety of experiences:

Awesome New Clients
This year we had a great list of clients. From wonderful non-profits such as Nevada Community Action Association and the National WIC program to larger B2B clients, such as Accounting Seed and Affinipay. We’ve also added more travel with Visit Morgan Hill and Reno-Tahoe Territory. We also work with SendCutSend, which is another great local business. All together we were able to get over $1.3MM in new business revenue this year. A wonderful feat! And we had a lot of great initiatives on the DHHS side as well.
New Brand
KPS3 launched a new brand and changed its look. “We added new paint.” The website is sweet, and bringing the brand to life is always fun.
Growing in the right directions
We’re now officially at 60 people. We won another year on the Inc5000. And we’re continually looking to grow in strategic ways. This upcoming year we may focus on sustainability, but also ensure we continually have the client base for our services. But, we’re now one of the longest-standing, largest agencies in Nevada. Go us!
Western Fairs Association + CFOA Conference
I was invited to speak on branding at the Western Fairs Association. This was an event at the GSR, and it was a blast to meet with the different fairs across the West. In addition, right before heading to Puerto Rico, I represented KPS3 at the CFOA in Las Vegas for our friends at Clark County. Again, I met some wonderful people and am happy I could attend.
Boards and Membership
I’ve been trying to push myself as well. This year I joined the Reno-Tahoe Territory group to help support promoting the region from a travel and tourism side. I also joined the development committee at the Discovery Museum board. And, this month, I applied to join the board. There are some amazing people at the Discovery, and I’d love to help support one of the region’s best places to visit.
